One
of the services provided by our organization is to assist any foreigner
to solemnize his or her marriage in Sri Lanka irrespective of cast,
creed, religion or race. In ancient
Era marriage ceremonies were held at Bahirawakanda temple with the blessing of
priests amidst Pirith
Chanting. But today owing to various reasons people deviating from
ancient customs hold these functions in hotels and reception halls
especially
meant for these purposes.
But if these functions are held as in ancient times based on the temple
according to ancient customs, not only the newly wedded couple is being
blessed with a happy and content matrimony life but also they can
entirely save the heavy expenses incurred when these functions are held
elsewhere.
Our organization is dedicated to assist any couple either foreign or
local or have the wedding ceremony in the temple in a tranquil, serene
and calm atmosphere.
Further you would be pleased to note that if any extra found receive
more that what is required for organizing such a function, would be
entirely utilized for the uplift of the poor families, for the education
of their children and to grant scholarships for needy children through
our foundation.
